Meet Jessica Muller

Jessica is a registered Occupational Therapist and has worked in rural South Australia in clinical, tertiary education and research settings since graduating from the University of South Australia in 2018.

From ‘Kurrajong’ to Whyalla

Originally from rural Queensland, growing up on a property named “Kurrajong”, Jessica discovered her passion for the Occupational Therapy profession after nearly 10 years working in the health sector within public and non-government organisations.

It was Occupational Therapy colleague Marjorie (a now good friend!) who inspired Jessica to pursue a career change that complimented her interests of science and art.

Warmly welcomed by the communities of Whyalla and Port Augusta whilst on university placement made Jessica’s decision to permanently relocate back after graduation easy, and she has worked in the region since.

Jessica’s passion for rural health and Occupational Therapy practice, as well as clinical, leadership and research experience has led her to establishing “Kurrajong Occupational Therapy” private practice in Whyalla.

Jessica is committed to providing quality clinical services specific to the local needs of rural populations, whilst supporting rural Occupational Therapy students and new graduates and contributing to research.

Jessica looks forward to working with you!
